Digital transformation & AI automation company
We build intelligent software so your team can work smarter.
We're Loop Craft, a digital transformation and AI automation company. We build AI agents, custom software and web and mobile apps, and we modernize the old systems that are slowing you down. One expert engineering team takes it from first call to launch, and we own the result.

The problems we get called about.
Different industries, same patterns. If one of these is your week, we should talk.
- Problem 01
“Our team retypes data between four tools.”
An order comes in by email. Someone types it into the CRM, then the ERP, then a spreadsheet for the weekly report, then the accounting tool. Every copy is a chance for a typo, and every typo turns into a customer call.
How we fix it: We connect the systems so data is entered once and flows where it's needed. Where the input is messy, like PDFs, emails or scans, an AI agent reads it and prepares the record for a person to approve. AI Agents & Automation →Digital Transformation → - Problem 02
“Our legacy system is holding us back.”
It works, mostly. But every new feature takes a month, hosting costs keep rising, the one developer who understands it is thinking about leaving, and a full rewrite feels like betting the company.
How we fix it: We modernize in slices. We wrap the old system in a clean API, move one function at a time to modern cloud infrastructure, run old and new side by side, and only switch off what's been proven. Legacy Modernization & Cloud Migration →Cloud & DevOps → - Problem 03
“We need an MVP in eight weeks.”
There's an investor meeting, a pilot customer or a launch date on the calendar. The feature list is long, the budget is not, and the last agency you spoke to wouldn't commit to anything.
How we fix it: We scope hard. We find the one thing the MVP must prove, cut everything else, design the risky flows first and ship a working build every week on a URL you can click. Web & SaaS Development →UI/UX & Product Design → - Problem 04
“We're drowning in PDFs, forms and paperwork.”
Invoices, referrals, claims, applications, contracts. They arrive in every format, and people read them one by one, pull out the same few fields and check them against the same rules.
How we fix it: Document agents extract the fields, check them against your rules and flag what's missing or odd. Your team reviews a prepared queue instead of starting from a blank screen. AI Agents & Automation →Generative AI & RAG →

Ship safely, measure honestly
AI agents that actually do the work.
We find the repetitive, rules-heavy work in your operations and automate it with AI agents that plug into the tools you already use. People stay in charge of the decisions that matter.
- Problem first. We measure the process as it runs today, so every automation has a baseline to beat.
- Human in the loop. Agents draft, check and route. Your team reviews and approves the critical steps.
- Production-grade. Evaluations, guardrails, audit logs and monitoring, and your data stays yours.
$ review --automation "invoice processing" → manual steps mapped? yes → baseline measured? yes → agent accuracy vs team? evaluating… → human approval step? in place → audit log + monitoring? yes ✓ pilot with one team, measure, then scale.
Five stages. One continuous loop.
Short loops, a working demo every week, and bad news shared the day we know it. That's the whole method.
- 01
Discovery
1–3 weeksWe talk to the people who own the problem and the people who live with it. We map the process, the systems and the constraints, and measure how things run today so we have a baseline to beat.
- 02
Design
1–2 weeksWe design the flows that matter and prototype the risky parts first, like a confusing screen, a tricky integration or an AI step we're not sure about. Cheap to change now, expensive later.
- 03
Build
Weekly loopsShort iterations with a demo every week on a real URL. You see progress, give feedback, and re-prioritise as you learn. Tests and security checks run on every change.
- 04
Launch
Go-liveRelease pipelines, monitoring, backups, analytics and a go-live checklist, handled before real users arrive. We launch small when we can, and widen once things look right.
- 05
Support & improve
OngoingWe measure against the baseline from discovery, fix what users trip over, and either keep improving the product with you or hand it over cleanly to your team.
Questions, answered straight.
What does Loop Craft do?
We build AI agents and workflow automation, generative AI assistants, and custom web and mobile software, and we modernize legacy systems and move them to the cloud. Design, engineering, QA, DevOps and data all happen in one team.
You're a new studio. Why should we trust you?
Fair question. We don't ask for blind trust: you get a working demo every week, the code lives in your repository from day one, and you can start small with a free consultation or a short discovery sprint. If we're not a fit, you'll know quickly and cheaply.
What's the difference between AI agents and RPA?
RPA follows fixed scripts and breaks when the input changes. AI agents can read messy input like emails and PDFs, decide the next step within rules you set, and use your tools, with a person approving what matters. Most real processes use a bit of both.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, integrations and compliance needs. A discovery sprint ends with a costed plan, so you know the investment before committing to a full build. We'll also tell you when something isn't worth building.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, completely. Code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, no licence fees and no lock-in.
How fast will we hear back?
Within one business day, from an engineer, not a salesperson.
