Web & SaaS development from MVP to the product people pay for.
You have an idea, a deadline and probably a spreadsheet version already running. We turn it into a real web product: fast, secure, measurable, and written so your future team can keep building on it.
The problem you're living with.
Building software is easy to start and hard to finish. Most founders we talk to have been burned at least once.
- An agency promised an MVP in eight weeks. Six months later you're still waiting for the login page.
- The prototype works, but it's so fragile that every new feature breaks two old ones.
- Your customer portal is slow, doesn't work on phones, and support gets the complaints.
- You don't know if the code you paid for is any good, because nobody can explain it to you.
Every month you're not live is a month you're not learning from real customers. And rebuilding a shaky MVP later costs more than building it properly the first time.
What we build.
Web apps, portals and SaaS products, from a first MVP to a platform customers depend on.
MVPs
The smallest product that tests your riskiest assumption with real users, scoped hard and shipped in weeks.
SaaS platforms
Multi-tenant apps with sign-up, billing, roles, admin tools and the boring parts that decide whether customers stay.
Customer and partner portals
Self-service portals that take load off your support team and work well on every device.
Internal tools and dashboards
The admin panels and operations tools your team uses all day, built for speed rather than looks.
APIs and integrations
Clean, documented APIs and connections to payments, CRM, ERP and the rest of your stack.
Performance and accessibility
Core Web Vitals in the green and WCAG AA accessibility checked in the pipeline, not bolted on at the end.
How it works, step by step.
No big bang. Small, measured steps with a working demo every week.
- 0101
Scope ruthlessly
We write down what the first version must prove, and cut everything that doesn't help prove it. That list is the contract.
- 0202
Design the risky flows first
Clickable prototypes for the parts users might not understand, tested before a line of production code.
- 0303
Build in weekly slices
Working software every week, on a staging URL you can click, with a short demo and a clear list of what's next.
- 0404
Launch with a safety net
Monitoring, error tracking, backups and analytics in place before the first real user signs up.
- 0505
Learn and iterate
Real usage data tells us what to build next. We stay on or hand over cleanly to your team.
What changes for your team.
What we aim for, measured against how things run today. We don't promise numbers before we've seen your baseline.
You see progress every week
No black box. A link you can click, every Friday.
You own everything
Code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, from day one.
Your next hire can start fast
Typed, tested, documented code any good developer can pick up.
Customers notice the speed
Fast pages and smooth flows convert better and generate fewer support tickets.
What we'd tell a friend about web & saas development
Your MVP should embarrass you a little. If it has every feature you imagined, you launched too late. Pick the one thing customers would pay for, build that well, and put it in front of them.
What we won't do
- Agree to a fixed date and a fixed feature list that we both know don't fit.
- Keep the code in our accounts, or make you ask permission to see it.
- Skip tests and monitoring to hit a demo date.
Web & SaaS: your questions.
Can you build an MVP in 8 weeks?
Often, yes, if the scope is honest. We'll look at what you want to prove and tell you what fits in eight weeks and what doesn't. The trick is cutting scope, not cutting quality.
What tech stack do you use for web apps?
Usually TypeScript with React or Next.js on the front end, Node.js or Python on the back end, and PostgreSQL. We pick what fits your team and your product, and we explain why.
Do we own the code?
Yes, completely. It lives in your repository from the first commit, and there's no licence fee or lock-in.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a short code review so you know what you have, then fix the riskiest parts first while continuing to ship features.
Do you work fixed-price or time and materials?
Both. A discovery phase gives us enough detail to quote a fixed price for a well-defined scope. For evolving products, a dedicated team on a monthly basis is usually better value.
