QA & test automation so releases stop being scary.
If every release needs a week of manual clicking and a prayer, you don't have a speed problem, you have a testing problem. We build the test suite and the pipeline that let you ship often and sleep well.
The problem you're living with.
Bugs in production are expensive, embarrassing and almost always found by the customer first.
- Releases take days because someone has to click through everything by hand.
- Fixing one bug quietly breaks something else.
- The test suite is so flaky that everyone ignores it when it fails.
- Nobody knows what's actually covered, so nobody trusts the green tick.
Slow, scary releases mean fewer releases. Fewer releases mean bigger, riskier ones. And every production bug costs far more to fix than one caught in the pipeline.
What we build.
Automated tests in your pipeline and the human judgment scripts miss.
Test strategy
What to test at which level, from unit to end-to-end, so you get the most confidence for the least maintenance.
Automated regression suites
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests for your critical journeys, using tools like Playwright, Jest, Vitest and Pytest.
API and contract tests
Catch breaking changes between services before they reach anyone else.
CI integration
Tests run on every pull request with clear reports, so a failing build means something.
Accessibility and performance checks
Automated a11y audits and performance budgets in the pipeline.
Exploratory testing
Skilled humans trying to break the product in ways no script would think of.
How it works, step by step.
No big bang. Small, measured steps with a working demo every week.
- 0101
Audit
We look at your current tests, your bug history and your release process to find where problems come from.
- 0202
Protect the money paths
Sign-up, checkout, core workflows first. The journeys that cost you most when they break get covered first.
- 0303
Fix the flakiness
Unreliable tests get fixed or deleted. A suite people ignore is worse than no suite.
- 0404
Wire it into CI
Tests run automatically on every change, with fast feedback and readable failures.
- 0505
Grow coverage with the product
New features ship with their tests. We track coverage of critical paths, not vanity percentages.
What changes for your team.
What we aim for, measured against how things run today. We don't promise numbers before we've seen your baseline.
Faster releases
Hours instead of days of manual regression.
Fewer production bugs
Problems caught on the pull request, not by customers.
A green tick you can trust
A reliable suite means a passing build actually means something.
Developers move faster
Tests make refactoring safe instead of risky.
What we'd tell a friend about qa & test automation
Don't chase 100% coverage. Cover the five journeys that would cost you real money if they broke, make those tests rock solid, and then grow from there.
What we won't do
- Sell you a coverage percentage instead of confidence.
- Leave you with a flaky suite nobody can maintain.
- Replace thinking testers with scripts entirely.
QA & Testing: your questions.
Which test automation tools do you use?
Commonly Playwright for end-to-end web tests, Jest or Vitest for JavaScript, Pytest for Python, and Detox or Maestro for mobile. We fit into your stack rather than forcing a new one.
Can you add tests to an old codebase with none?
Yes. We start with end-to-end tests around the most important journeys, which protect you quickly without refactoring, then add lower-level tests as the code gets touched.
Is manual testing still needed?
Yes, for exploratory testing, usability and edge cases scripts don't think of. Automation handles the repetitive regression work so humans can focus on that.
How do you deal with flaky tests?
We treat them as bugs. We find the cause, which is usually timing, shared test data or environment issues, and fix it, or quarantine and replace the test.
Can you work alongside our developers?
Yes. We often pair with your team, set up the framework and patterns, and coach developers to write tests as part of their normal work.
